The AIA Urban Campus Redevelopment, located at No.1 Stubbs Road in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, is set to transform the iconic 1960s AIA Building into a modern, green office tower. Scheduled for completion in 2023, the project aims to create a campus-like workspace that caters to the needs of a new generation of employees.

GELEC's Contribution:

• Ventilation Solutions: Provided 2 CERTILAM Smoke Ventilators to ensure safety and efficiency in smoke management.
• Equipment Provision: Supplied 2 Bobcat S450 Skid Steer Loaders with attachments, including a 62” Industrial Bucket Grapple and Hydraulic Breaker, facilitating construction and maintenance processes.
